A Special Message Just for the Fathers’ Rights Movement

12109317_748976175208119_4425361130548866802_n.jpgGet this straight if there is anyone who needs to get on the right page it is you and your fan page.

You are ignoring the history of the parental rights movement and how it has evolved through the years.

15 years ago when I was brought in, the common cry was that fathers needed rights. Those in leadership roles all looked at the issue carefully and realized that a major portion of those affected was being disregarded with that label and took the all-encompassing stance that this was a parent’s issue. Father's rights died at that point as it also did not carry the weight or support of a large portion of the legislators that we needed to work with to change the law.

The next evolution came with a legal theory that claimed that there existed a violation of equal protection under the 14th Amendment in all “shared parenting” laws. There was a federal case filed that worked its way through the courts that challenged this.  That case failed and after getting rid of some dead weight within my circle I was able to do an analysis of that argument and the 14th. The entire argument was falsely based on a belief that some still have that the equal protection clause guarantees an equal outcome. It does not; it is present only to prevent states from enacting laws to prevent equal opportunities from happening.

The entire argument again evolved when SB144 was introduced. This message that must be followed is based on an intense conversation between me and the sponsors, we jointly tuned it so that even those who were not aware that there was a problem or that still held onto the societal mouthpiece message that fathers don’t want to be fathers would bite.

It was those who stepped in and deviated from that message that we're the problem and stopped that bill. They caused more work that was unnecessary as they confused the legislators who had already been given the correct information that this was all about assuring that fit parents remained active in the lives of their children.  Add to the fact the Fathers and Families[1] were actively lobbying against the bill solely for their benefit and so they could continue to raise funds to support that organization.  That was a direct quote to me by a former Ohio Board member.  That money grab is also why they threw me out of a meeting that they had in Cleveland under orders that I did not mention that the bill had already been introduced.

F&F doesn’t want the problem to end; they want it to continue so they can continue.

You have failed to plan for the fact that every state legislature will have begun summer break by the date chosen and with elections coming these guys will all be on the campaign trail.  Going to the statehouse will accomplish nothing and be burned a vacation day.

Now we are going to address the numerous personal attacks that have taken place against me.  If you think that I am going to tolerate that you have another thing coming. Only you and Joseph admitted that you did not know the issue well enough to even discuss it. You little anonymous admin that hides behind the initials of LBJ has personally attacked me while first agreeing to and then backing his fanny out of the public debate. Then you have Booby Lee who I suspect is a guy by the name of Bobby Dickerson from MA who is a drunk and a true child support deadbeat.

I told you when you asked if I would be an admin on the page that I #1 had little time and #2, I would remove all false information that runs rampant on the page.  To a “T,” every single person who has contacted me has said that they received bad information from the page and that they have walked away.

As to your alleged leader in Ohio: Travis Soto - If you think that I want someone walking into the statehouse that deviates from a message that was carefully put together by my sponsors and myself, you have another thing coming.  Here is a prime example of your failure to get on the RIGHT page.

He has been asked to contact me and never has. I have heard the same from numerous other people across this state. I am telling you now that he is to immediately contact me and he is going to turn over a list of everyone that he contacted about the alleged rally. He has until Sunday to do so. Should he not, I will track him down and the ass-chewing will not be pleasant. He is not fucking up 15 years' worth of work by deviating from a finely tuned message just because he didn’t fight his case right and tries to claim that fathers have no rights in Ohio.  That is a blatant lie as I am proof because I had equal custody of my son, as did my #2 and the many other fathers that I have helped through the years.

Shall I break down every state co-coordinator for you?
Alabama: Diana Underwood –Funny how the only organization that is formally working on changes to Alabama law has never heard of this person.
Arizona: Heath Roy - Checked with my guy in AZ and he says he has never heard of him. BTW- I go over all AZ bills for problems before they are introduced. The last three he sent me I called out all problems that they went through just as I said.
Arkansas: Trent Reicks
California: Linda Mohr
Colorado: Philly Slimm
Delaware: Paul Reed – None of my East Coast connections have ever heard of him. Mind you my connections are at the Statehouses all the time.

Georgia: Ariana DiTrolio
Indiana: Thairon Ratliff or Ryan Clark
Illinois: Here is an organization that is clueless and supports bills that will set us back for years. HB5425 is unconstitutional on the face based on Section 1 of the 14th Amendment. They also are attempting through this bill to use a mathematical formula in place of the proper legal equality. That is one thing that the opposition has always done to confuse the issue and why one has to be careful in the use of 50-50 custody when asking for change.
Iowa: Alan Shackleton this guy has admitted he doesn’t know the law. His entire situation comes from a CPS issue.
Kansas:
Louisiana: Delvick Brown
Maryland: Aaron Bates – Again East Coast guys have never heard of him.
Massachusetts: Thommy Noodlez – I have a long relationship with MA Fathers. I am close with the father who was on their recent task force on family law changes. It is funny how none of them have heard of Noodle or even talked to him YET I was secretly given the Task Force Report to comment on for a minority position statement that they submitted.  His entire stance seems to be to promote his internet radio show which is filled with massive amounts of bad information.
Michigan: Sara Landry Michigan is a state that I have formally worked with for 15+ years. No leadership there has ever heard of her.
Minnesota: Josh Johnson Again none of my leadership connections have ever heard of this guy.
Missouri: Mike Russo – Big F4J supporter. F4J has done more to set us back in the country than I have time to explain. Let me make this clear, F4J is not even permitted on Ohio Statehouse grounds.
North Carolina: Dillion Jessup and Leigh Ann Proctor -
New Jersey: Pedro Taveras - I have known every major player in NJ for years and none of them have heard of this guy.
New York: Jack Frost Mr. Let’s prove that I am unfit as I wear my costume and bother US Senators. He has been thrown out of the NY Statehouse for improper dress and actions.
Nebraska: Jerry Barnhill - Does NOT support and will not participate. Thoroughly discussed and one of the states that I have written proposals for.
Nevada: Brad Firschein -
Ohio: Travis Soto - If you think that I want someone walking into the statehouse that deviates from a message that was carefully put together by my sponsors and myself, you have another thing coming.

Should he not, I will track him down and the results will not be pleasant. He is not fucking up 15 years' worth of work by deviating from a finely tuned message just because he didn’t fight his case right.
Oklahoma: Stephen Smith
Oregon: Robert Crawford – Noodle's best buddy and he will suck up to anyone that he thinks will help him like the Palmers and their Government is Tyranny argument.  The Palmers, Ron, and Sherry are both clueless about Constitutional law. Ron has this misguided notice that the 14 negates the 10th Amendment and state sovereignty.
Pennsylvania: Nick Finicle or Chris Moyer – Still checking with my PA guys.
South Carolina: Tabitha Galin -
South Dakota: Casey Wilson –Their recently passed bill has taken them completely out of play for at least 5 years. The sponsoring senator actually asked for a comprehensive bill which I was writing but they walked away from it and now they have admitted that what they passed is flawed.
Tennessee: Tim Webb and Damien Todd
Texas: Fank Bustoz - Talked to another old fart from Texas that I have worked with for years. Never heard of him and if Stan has not heard of him…...
Utah: Scott Hagerman -
West Virginia: Lacy Choppershot -
Washington State: Brandon Lyons –Funny how I have already gotten changes in Washington years ago by working with one of their state senators. I suspect this is all about his political campaign which if this is his issue will be short-term. One issue candidates do not make it into the real world of politics.
Wyoming: Robert Crawford – Already addressed
CANADA: Toronto: Chris Thompson -
Canadian Equal Parenting Council – CEPC is the leadership in Canada and they have no association with nor have they heard of him.

The time for the debate with any of you is coming very soon as I have been asked to host a show on equal parenting. The final details of that should be completed by the middle of next week.
