1. The objecng sibling would have to opportunity to object to or fight the request at the inial
filing. That is the same process as is done with third-party visitaon in Ohio currently.
2. Current is 30 days (too short) before a move in Ohio. Jurisdicon is the county in which the filing
is made. The same would also be applied to the court, as far if it is Juvenile for the never-
married or Domesc Relaons for those that are divorced. The mediaon clause is to reduce
ligaon and first a*empt to negoate a se*lement. Cerficaon to the juvenile court only applies
when allegaons of abuse are raised in court. 60 days applies to all cases under this secon.
BTW - A change of venue refers to when a case is moved to a different county due to a tainted jury
pool. Family law cases are all bench trials.

right
to
enjoy

with

This
appears
to
apply
to
all
minor
siblings
,
rather
than
the
sibling
who
filed
for
companionship
and
visitation
rights
.
What
if
the
other
sibling
(

)

not
want
to
be
involved
?

reads
as

“Modification
proceedings
relating
to

between
