(2) When brought forth, the court shall enforce its orders to the fullest extent permitted by law.

(3) If false allegations of domestic violence and or abuse of a child are shown through testimony in an effort to influence custody decisions or deny custody to the other parent, the court shall hold the one that brought those allegations in direct contempt.  The court shall order that all missed time be made up, the offending party to pay the other party’s attorney fees, and fine the offender to pay a fine of $500 per incident.
